All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through Printful, a print-on-demand provider. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Print-On-Demand Policy
Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

We encourage customers to review size charts and product details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will replace or refund items that arrive:

Misprinted

Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design)
To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery (or 7 days for damaged items) and provide clear photos of the issue, as required by Printful.

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be issued in accordance with Printful’s resolution process.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If an issue is approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
Color & Print Variations
Minor variations in color, placement, or texture may occur due to the printing process and screen display differences. These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Lost Packages
If an order is lost in transit, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier or Printful.
