Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–7 business days.
Processing time includes printing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been fulfilled, shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 3–5 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.


Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on fulfillment location. In this case, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.


Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal service or carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs delays (for international orders)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.


Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier or Printful claim.


International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.
